EFFoST2020 pre-conference interview with Prof. Alejandro Marangoni
Prof. Alejandro Marangoni will discuss 'Enzymatic glycerolysis converts vegetable oils into structural fats with the potential to replace palm oil in food products' at EFFoST2020.
