It's officially been 1 year since our offer on the land got accepted. 📋 It's hard to believe but we are starting work on the interior. In todays video we show you the Gentek Marine Dusk Board and Batten Siding that was started by our contractor that did our eaves, soffit and fascia. We move inside to a packed trades day featuring our 🔌 electrician, plumber 🪠and HVAC 💨contractors. They do all the rough in wiring , pipes & pex and duct work required. One regret we are having is not spending more time reviewing how the duct work was drawn when we submitted our design for permit because with a slab foundation and no basement its hard to hide the duct work.

We PASS✅ our framing/hvac and plumbing inspection and get the clear to start insulation which we will cover in the next video.
