Ponder Health is a community-led library based public health enlightenment program designed to bring accessible, culturally relevant and practical health knowledge directly to residents. It is engaging and includes talks, hands-on-demonstrations, videos, role plays, guided walks and interractive dicussions. It's mission is to help people Reflect on their health, Act on what they learn and Thrive.
