Rossi, is considered as one of the most celebrated musicians of his time in Italy. Born in Rimini he collaborated with some of the greatest Italian singers, including Mina, Natalino Otto, Luciano Tajoli, Joe Sentieri, Fausto Cigliano and Milva.
