In a world saturated with noise, truly hearing God has become both a challenge and a choice. Revelation 1:3 doesn't just highlight the blessing of reading or even listening—it emphasizes keeping what is heard. 

To hear the Word of God is not a passive act but a spiritual discipline.

Romans 10:17 (KJV) tells us, 'So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God'.  This means your faith life is directly tied to how well you hear—not just with ears, but with your heart.

To hear the Word is to approach it with spiritual alertness and a receptive heart, hungry for truth, correction, and direction. John 10:27 (KJV) says, 'My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me'. 

Christ-followers are marked not just by knowledge, but by response to what they hear. Neglecting this vital discipline leads to spiritual dryness, confusion, and vulnerability. 

But when we tune in, we are transformed, strengthened in faith, and made ready for the times we’re living in.

Prayer Response
'Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus, open the ears of my spirit to hear You clearly. Silence the noise within and around me, and help me respond with faith and obedience to Your Word. I choose to be a hearer and a doer of Your truth. Amen.
