Osceola and Oskaloosa both highlight Native American heritage with statues honoring Chief Osceola and Princess Ouscaloosa. Spencer features art-lined streets and hosts the massive Clay County Fair. And finally, Welton, with a population of just 121, adds a cozy rural touch to your route across the state.
