The Enforcement Directorate told the Home Ministry on Monday that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) received Rs 7.08 crore from foreign funds between 2014 and 2022. The investigating agency said that the party has violated the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), Representation of the People Act (RPA) and IPC. AAP has received donations from many other countries including America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Oman.
