Build Your Own Wordle: Intro to Low Code - Karen Tang - WTM26

In a recent company hackathon, I made Office Wordle - a website just for our team to play a daily Wordle with our very own leaderboard. It has client-side logic for the game play and statistics, a database to store words and game sessions, and a scheduled automation to select a random word every day. This came together in under five hours (with a pizza break!).

Microsoft Power Platform is a suite of low-code tools that I work with daily and it's free to try with the Developer Plan. Low-code does not mean low quality! In fact, it allows us to focus more on the users' requirements and their experience, but still deliver a solid product.

I'll walk you through how Office Wordle came together, give you a taster of low-code development, and hopefully inspire you to try your own project.
