Permission to create.
Permission to begin.
Permission to stop waiting until everything else is done.

So many women feel like it’s too late, or that they’re not “enough” in some way—too old, too behind, too busy, too unsure.
But what if none of that is true?

In this conversation, I share what I’ve learned from working with women over the years, and why so many of us wait until everything and everyone else is taken care of before we allow ourselves to create.

I also take you into the studio as I continue layering watercolor florals, and I open a very special package—Tattered and Mended by Porsha Chalmers—a beautiful reminder that it’s never too late to bring something meaningful into the world.
Just a few years ago, this book didn’t exist.
