Let's get ready for Shabbat and Yom tov! Its still Passover, and I am preparing for the final days of Passover (called yom tov), as well as Shabbat, because it overlaps with the yom tov. I'll be taking you through my day, giving you a garden update, talking about our week of Passover / Pesach fun, and taking you along as I make Mafroum! Mafroum is a traditional North African dish made of meat and potatoes. This is one of my favorite Sephardi dishes. So delicious!
