Canine Couture (Part 1) at Kerry Taylor Auctions

The British have a great passion for their pets and coming up in our February 23rd Auction we have a complete canine couture wardrobe on offer for the first time. The five embroidered and embellished doggy outfits were designed by the late Anne Tyrell MBE and are also sold with some charming original designs. Anne studied at the Royal College of Art 1957-60, and is famed for having designed the London Underground uniform (amongst other things) which is still worn to this day. However, unlike the restrained and practical designs for the Tube – her canine creations are influenced by Gianni Versace, Chanel, as well as outfits for jogging, a golfing outfit and a city suit.
