NPN & PNP Transistors | BJT Transistors | Beta Value || E2T
IN This video I will talking about NPN and PNP Transistor and also will talk about beta value.
Beta value of a transistor is very important factor . I am analysed symbol of npn and PNP Transistor .where I am discussed about Collector, Base, Emitter .

VIDEO DESCRIPTION
A transistor is a three-layer semiconductor device that serves as an electronic switch or amplifier. The bipolar junction transistor (BJT) is a common type of transistor that is composed of two junctions between three doped semiconductor regions. The BJT transistor can be of two types, the NPN transistor and the PNP transistor.
In a BJT transistor, the emitter is heavily doped, the base is lightly doped, and the collector is moderately doped. The NPN transistor has a p-type base sandwiched between two n-type regions, while the PNP transistor has an n-type base sandwiched between two p-type regions.
The working principle of a transistor is based on the fact that a small change in the input signal applied to the base of the transistor can cause a large change in the output signal at the collector. This is achieved by controlling the flow of charge carriers between the emitter and collector regions by varying the base-emitter voltage.
In a BJT transistor, the emitter-base junction is forward-biased, while the collector-base junction is reverse-biased. The flow of current through the transistor is controlled by the base-emitter voltage, and the amplification factor is given by the DC current gain (HFE).
Transistors have a wide range of applications in electronic circuits, including as amplifiers, switches, and oscillators. The NPN and PNP transistors can be used in complementary configurations to design complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) circuits.
A BJT transistor tutorial can help beginners understand the basic concepts of transistors, including the construction and working of BJT transistors. Transistor tests can be performed to check the functionality of a transistor, and transistors can be used in various electronic circuits to perform a wide range of functions. Transistors are used in a variety of electronic devices, such as computers, televisions, radios, and mobile phones. In Hindi, a transistor is called a "ट्रांजिस्टर" (Tranjistar).
