iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 vs BMW

Apple needs to figure out their policies and should have more common sense. It costs $79 to replace the battery of an iPhone (since it's not covered under AppleCare+), but only $49 to replace the whole phone with "accidental" damage. Too bad these iPhone's had a car accident!!

Note: iPhone's seem to be able to survive being run over on a flat surface without damage. Impressive! Did you cringe when they cracked?
