Are Caterpillars Delicious? Roasting and Eating White-lined Sphinx Caterpillars

In this weeks episode we share our caterpillar roasting experience while we were in Lake Havasu Arizona throughout February. There were thousands of caterpillars eating the local foliage, so we decided to eat some of them.

The White Lined Sphinx Caterpillars were a staple among Native Americans in the late winter, early spring time of the Sonoran desert region. Believe it or not, they were actually quit delicious!
