What colour bait's to use in stained and clear waters - fishing

I have been asked this question many times and there are various differences when it comes to what color will be more visible in darker water on sunny or overcast days and what bait color is better in clear water on sunny or cloudy days.

In this video I show clear examples of how to figure this out to ensure you are using a bait color the fish can see much easier.
