396 Stage IV Update for 2.19 Valve, 1.88 Valves

Here is an update when I do a Stage IV on a 396 due to the smaller bore diameter. I use a 2.19 valve size on the intake as so the air/fuel does not sheer or separate do to bore to chamber interface. All the other things are the same on the previous Stage IV heads elsewhere in this channel.
