Donald Trump pardoned his former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn. There are some folks - the Presidential Pardon Purists - who contend a presidential pardon is itself above the law, absolutely immune from a court challenge. However, even Bill Barr, in his congressional testimony, acknowledged that certain presidential pardons are illegal. Here is why corrupt presidential pardons MUST be challenged in court.
