Ho’oponopono Peaceful Meditation ft. Solfeggio Frequencies 417hz

Ho’ponopono is an ancient healing practice that trains your mind to enter a peaceful state of forgiveness. It originates from Hawaii and was first practiced by ancient priests who were working to cure the sick. Because ho’ponopono creates such a peaceful state and encourages participants to let go of their guilt and worry, it can play a role in healing the body and mind.

Similar to my switchword videos, ho’ponopono helps ease you into the right mindset due to the powerful mental effect of these four statements:

I love you.
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.

Along with the ho’ponopono, this video features a subtle background of soft music and 417hz binaural beats. 417hz is a solfeggio frequency—one of the six tones used in ancient sacred music. It’s believed the solfeggio frequencies have healing powers and can help reset your energy in a positive way. That’s what brainwave entrainment is all about. The 417 hz frequencies in this video are said to help undo bad situations and facilitate change. If you’re being held back in life due to a bad situation, inner guilt, troubles with the people around you, or anything else, you might find comfort in this 20-minute peaceful meditation video.
