Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation ☀️)
Usually practiced at sun rise , facing the rising sun.Sun is the source of all forms of life on the planet.

Benefits of Suryanamaskar ===
These exercise activates the endocrine system and the chakras ( the vartexes through which vital life energy or prana channelled) helping to build strength and flexibility.Stimulates abdominal muscles, respiratory system, lymphatic system, spinal nerves and other internal organs - Tones the spine, neck, shoulder, arms, hands, wrist, back and leg muscles, thereby promoting overall flexibility - Regulates the interconnectedness of body, breath, and mind, thus making you calmer - Boosts energy.There are 12 poses of Suryanamaskar with Mantras and breathing techniques that are performed one by one.
In the Sun Salutation sequence, one set comprises two rounds. One round with the right leg, one with the left. It is ideal to practice twelve sets of Sun Salutation daily. But you can choose whatever number suits you. You can chant a mantra at every step of the twelve-step exercise. Alternatively, you can chant one mantra for the whole exercise and perform the exercise 12 times.
