Gulmarg Gondola Scare: Army Launches Massive Rescue After Tourists Stranded Mid-Air | N18G

Panic gripped tourists in Gulmarg after a technical fault halted the famous Gulmarg Gondola service, leaving several passengers stranded mid-air inside cable cars.

A massive rescue operation was immediately launched by the Indian Army, technical teams, local administration, and emergency personnel to safely evacuate the stranded tourists. Rescue teams worked swiftly to calm passengers and bring them to safety after the gondola system reportedly developed a technical glitch.

Officials confirmed that all tourists were rescued safely and no major injuries were reported. Technical experts are currently inspecting the gondola system and efforts are underway to restore normal operations at one of Kashmir’s most visited tourist attractions.

The Gulmarg Gondola, known as one of the highest cable car rides in the world, attracts thousands of visitors every year and remains a major tourism highlight in Jammu and Kashmir.
