My World Was Night Life, Parties & Struggles - Then Came Real Estate Investing

Marco Cabrera was involved in promoting night life & parties but with that came many struggles. Being in that environment surrounded by alcohol and an erratic work schedule was a road that lead Marco to Real Estate Investing. On his journey he came to find God and he talks about his future in Real Estate investing and how going through the struggles of night life & parties lead him to be the man he is today.

What we learn from Marco today is how Real Estate investing for beginners is not what we have as expectation he tells us about the Reality. Let me start by telling you not everyone is made for Real Estate investing. It's not easy, but the greatest things in life usually are very difficult and most people with not put forth the effort to make it to the end. Marco shares how some of his first deals where not so easy but now he is able to navigate his Real Estate deals a lot easier.

Marco is self taught, but his family did plant the seed of Real Estate a long time ago through his mother who started investing in Real Estate when Marco was a child. Through those experiences Marco set forth on a path that lead him right back to his families roots. He tells how he walked away from a success night life promoting career to become a newbie Real Estate investor and how he could not have done it without the support of his family and faith in God.

Marco tells us about being a young father and how that experience light a fire under him to become an entrepreneur early in life. He tells us how he made the decision to leave the comfort of working for others and make the leap that eventually led him to Real Estate investing. He debunks the ideas that most people have about investing and how you become rich & successful overnight. He talks about the learning curves all Real Estate investors go through.

Finally Marco closes out in prayer for everyone to who wants to be blessed by his sincere words.
