Matcha Yogurt Bowl with Raspberry Chia Jam 🍵🍓

Matcha Yogurt Base
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1–2 tsp ceremonial matcha (whisked with water)
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Raspberry Chia Jam
• 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chia seeds

Simmer raspberries 5–8 minutes until broken down. Mash slightly, stir in maple + lemon, remove from heat and mix in chia seeds. Let thicken 10–15 minutes.

Layer the matcha yogurt with the jam and top with:
• Sliced banana
• Granola
• Almond butter
• Drizzle of honey
