2008 Mercedes Benz ML320 Severe Hesitation/Surge on Heavy Acceleration. Codes 2359 and 2510

This 2008 Mercedes Benze ML320 suffered from a sever hesitation, bucking and sometimes lack of power. Scanning retrieved codes 2359 for Turbo Overboost and 2510 for Wastegate Actuator Fault. I found several videos which showed how the wastegate actuator failed internally with one or two small solder joints that have a tendency to fail. It took me two attempts to solder this but it seems to have worked. Also replaced the very dirty air filters.
