Arknights OD-8 Ela Banner Operators ft. Ines & La Pluma

Initially tried imitating this run (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pg1dsDYdkuU) but couldn't get down the details right. Instead, trying to use Ela, ended up realizing I don't need strong blockers for the right side. After trying some team compositions with low-rarity defenders and failed attempts to trim squad size, decided to try using the new R6S operators since they all can do ranged attacks.

A core part of the strategy is to push the boss past HP thresholds before it does the global True damage attacks. The form change caused by HP thresholds cancels the global True damage attacks. This removes the need for healers (though Doc and La Pluma can heal themselves).

The other core part of the strategy is La Pluma's S2. Using it right after the boss loses invincibility on 2nd form, with debuff from Ela, lets her deal with all the annoying ASPD-down slugs and push the boss into final form ASAP. This is needed to have enough duration on S2 to keep the slugs in check in final form. The bombs are essential to deleting the boss' final form before La Pluma's S2 ends.

Ines being Ines prints DP and hold the lane at the start. She later deals with the shooter mobs on the sides.
