MILLEFOGLIE SUMMER DESSERT: Strawberry Mille-Feuille with Perfect Vanilla Pastry Cream

Good morning! This is one of my favourite desserts to make in summer and serve for a garden lunch party. I used to love eating this when I lived in Monaco and spent a lot of time in the South of France. Millefoglie with strawberries is also a very popular dolce in Italy. You can find pastry cream or crema pasticcera in so many treats in an Italian pasticceria. This is an easy recipe to make and you can find all the ingredients on my site here:
