KNK FORCE Stencil Die Cutting in Polypropylene

Cutting 0.8mm & 0.5mm Polypropylene with the KNK Force. Polypropylene is a far superior custom stencil material than Mylar which is what most people use. It's durable, hard wearing and a nightmare to cut!

Here we look at some cut settings and machine set up. Let me know in the comments if you have any tips for cutting this material! I'm having variable results mainly due to the material dulling the blade as time goes on.
