Innovative Flexible feeding System for factory automation

FlexiBowl® is an innovative flexible feeder that can works with any robot and vision system.
Circular design makes the feeding process more efficient and continuos, moreover the flow of products is always under control thanks to the fully integrated bulk feeder.
Parts fall on the FlexiBowl disc from the hopper and they are separated through the combined actuation of servomotor and impulse generator. Parts are sorted because of the shaking movements and the robot picks up only the ones standing right side up.
