This isn't a riding style or a training method.

It is the Foundation of ALL riding styles and methods, because it is the science of training, i.e. clear communication with your horse.

It is the physics of good alignment in your body.

You will learn all the exercises, tips, and tricks, and real life "how-tos", but more importantly... you will understand WHY they work, which means you can adapt to the situation, the horse, to the moment.
