Chinese-Style Beef Stir Fry — a quick, flavorful, and protein-rich meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights!
Tender beef slices marinated in soy, oyster, and Worcestershire sauces — lightly coated in cornflour and fried to perfection. Served with air-fried potato cubes and broccoli, this dish balances flavor, crunch, and nutrition beautifully.

🥩 Ingredients:
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp red chili sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
½ kg beef (thinly sliced against the grain)
1 cup broccoli florets
2 large potatoes (cubed)
Onion powder, garlic powder, and a drizzle of oil for the potatoes

🔥 Instructions:
Slice beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add beef and mix well. Coat with cornflour, then set aside to marinate.
For the potatoes: cube, season, drizzle oil, and air-fry at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Fry marinated beef in oil, 5 minutes each side.
Add leftover marinade mixed with 1 tbsp cornflour to the pan to thicken.
Toss in broccoli and cook for 1 minute.
Plate and serve hot with your crispy potatoes!
