Today I'm showing you how I made Cruella's feather mask for my DIY Cruella Costume 2021. I absolutely loved the new Cruella movie this year and knew I needed to cosplay Cruella from the red dress party scene with her gorgeous feather mask! So here's how I DIY'ed my Cruella costume. Enjoy!
