Solar consumers ke liye electricity bills mein bari tabdeeli ne hazaron users ko pareshan kar diya hai. Reports ke mutabiq April aur May ke bills mein solar users ko clear difference nazar aaya, jahan April mein net metering ke tehat unit-to-unit relief diya gaya, lekin May mein net billing regulations ke mutabiq billing method change hota nazar aaya.

Sources ke mutabiq April mein extra exported units ka rate taqreeban 25 rupees per unit tak calculate kiya gaya, jabke May mein exported units ki value sirf 8 rupees per unit tak aa gayi. Is wajah se solar system lagwane walay consumers ki recovery period barhne ka khadsha paida ho gaya hai.
