Fillin’ In The Pond Part 1

Land owner had several loads of dirt with stumps, sticks, etc. hauled in and dumped around pond. He wanted to fill in pond with that dirt and then cap over it with the dirt from the dam. I pushed all the dirt, sticks, stumps in but had problem with mud. I thought I could bridge over it and could have had there been more fill dirt. Anytime you work on a pond it needs to be drained and the bottom fairly dry. It was just too tempting not to try. So I am waiting for some dry weather and will finish grading out pond.
