If there's one thing I learned from being in real estate, sales, and in TV for the past 10 years it's that first impressions are LITERALLY EVERYTHING.

The way you look.The way you dress. The way you look at someone in the eye when you meet them. The way that you talk to people. The handshake. All of it.

IT ALL MATTERS. Because the FIRST impression, is the LAST impression if you're not smart about it.
