Top 5 Mobility Exercises For CrossFitters | CrossFit® Mobility Drills
We all know how important it is to move well during your CrossFit Workouts, so here are my Top 5 mobility exercises for CrossFitters to help you warm up your joints, increase range of motion (ROM), get you into good positions, and help prevent injury. In this video we go into detail for each CrossFit mobility drill on where it’s targeting, what it can help with, and how many sets and reps you should perform for each exercise.
