God Save Birmingham is a medieval zombie survival game set in 14th-century Birmingham, England. You play as the last survivor in a town overrun by flesh-hungry ghouls, scavenging for supplies, crafting weapons and tools, managing survival needs, and using the physics-based environment to stay alive. The Steam page describes it as a highly tactile survival sim where almost every object can be manipulated.

This closed beta shows off the game’s survival systems, physics-based combat, crafting, barricading, weather, hunger, thirst, injuries, and zombie encounters. The beta update also adds/improves things like quicker attack animations, more responsive controls, extra medieval weapons, livestock, food gathering, river water, ale, weather effects, body temperature, fire, and tougher zombie encounters.
