With no Oyster South Symposium this year, we are hosting a series of seminars (keeping them short, sweet and southern!). In this one hour seminar, Brendan Campbell talks about how flow affects oyster growth and quality, Dr. Adrianne Michaelis presents on the importance of cultural services in oyster aquaculture, and Dr. Bill Walton talks about the co-culture of urchins and oysters.
