#Vivint requires professional installation. When you order the system, you’ll plan when you want to get your system delivered and installed- this will happen on the same day. For any professional monitoring, you’ll need to invest in the Smart Home Video Service starting at $49.99 a month. For three cameras, the price is $54.99 a month, and for a maximum of four cameras on one account, the cost is $59.99 a month.
Choose from a five or three and a half year contract, but you’ll be able to cancel at anytime without a fee.

You’ll arm and disarm your system remotely through the Vivint mobile app. You’ll also be able to control connected devices and livestream footage.
