Our specialized team shows in this video how we do it with our equipment:
First, we make a pattern for the lens shape.
Then, prep the lens for edging and cut down the lens to match the pattern.
Next, we insert lenses and double-check for accuracy.
After we do this for both sides of your frames, we clean off your brand new glasses and they are ready for pick-up.
