Kristen Stewart expresses her pain after spraining her ankle at the Snow White Premiere

Kristen Stewart sprained her ankle 0:08 and expresses her pain: 0:17. This was during the Snow White and the Huntsman premiere in London. It looks like she stepped on her (very nice) Marchesa dress. No big deal but you can clearly see she's in pain and maybe even just frustrated. Her bodyguard JB, also known as HBG (Hottie BodyGuard), watches carefully.
She's clearly in pain biter her lip. However she's strong and kept on walking on her Nike sneakers 0:25 and enjoyed the premiere.

Not sure if this relates to her inevitable breakup with Robert Pattinson over her affair with director Rupert Sanders. The big question is if they will both appear at the Breaking Dawn Part 2 Premiere in November 2012.

Apparently she already had a foot injury after stepping on a nail during reshoots of Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.
