Pomona's place within the Consortium (which also includes Claremont McKenna, Scripps, Harvey Mudd and Pitzer) gives its students the best of both worlds -- students have access to the resources and world-class faculty of a large research university, with the small, tight-knit community of a small liberal arts college.
