How to upgrade FreeNAS 11.3 to TrueNAS CORE-RELEASE

This video walks through the process involved in migrating from the latest release of FreeNAS (11.3-U5) to TrueNAS 12 CORE in a production environment. The process of upgrading from FreeNAS to TrueNAS CORE is fairly painless, though I did experience an issue where one of the jails (syncthing) broke during the upgrade, simply running update on the syncthing jail from iocage fixed it fairly easily.
