IBS BS! Medications for PAIN!! IBS , Gastroparesis and Crohns

There's a TON of medications that might help with IBS / Colitis / Crohns and Gastroparesis.
I've been diagnosed now with Gastroparesis and Collagenous Colitis.
The first couple of meds that help with cramping (not out right pain, but muscle spasms, so it does help with some pain, but if it's bad pain... this might help a bit, but won't be a magical cure)
Bentyl / Dicyclomine.
Hyoscyamine also helps with pain/cramping
For the next, this list helps with pain through muscle relaxant properties.
Baclofen (this is actually been shown to help with esophageal spasms and might help with gastroparesis, please do your own research!!).
Tizanidine / Zanaflex (this has been shown to slow gastric emptying, again.. do your own research).
Flexeril (also shown to slow gastric emptying).
Ativan (the best stomach pain reliever that I've tried to date... there is a med called Librax which is bentyl and a benzo mix... but must GI's I've dealt with do not want to prescribe it because it's an old med and it's a benzo).
Meds that help with gastroparesis that I have tried..
Bethanechol (is suppose to help stomach muscles move, it is meant to help the bladder move, but it also has been shown to help with gastroparesis)
Reglan (comes with a black box warning, but does help with nausea... not really pain).
Domperidone (can get this out of Canada, this helps with nausea and is suppose to help with pain... so that if the stomach is 'running' right via this med, then the muscles and nerves aren't confused thus less pain... that's the idea).
Other TCA's (tricyclic antidepressants) that are meant to help with pain...
Amitriptyline
Nortriptyline
Doxepin
Desipramine (Norpramin)
These can help with pain.
Then there's always opioids which I've found work, but only to a limited extent.
