MotorWizard Demonstration - Template-based Electric Motor Design Software for SOLIDWORKS.

This short demonstration illustrates how to design and solve your Brushless DC motor using MotorWizard which is an add-in to SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD.

SOLIDWORKS users can easily design and build their electric motors using MotorWizard software and automatically generate a SOLIDWORKS model based on the dimensions they entered. 
MotorWizard allows you to select your machine type, specify the rated parameters as well as the size of your motor. Once your model settings have been determined, you can type the dimensions of your motor and select the inputs for the stator, rotor , and winding.
After defining your electric motor dimensions and validating your design, MotorWizard will automatically generate your SOLIDWORKS model based on your inputs. You can move then to the simulation and select the motor characteristics that you want to include in the solving and export your simulation results in a text or an Excel file.
Equipped with integrated analytical and finite element-based solvers, MotorWizard makes the process of motor design effortless, accurate, and quick.
