Removing rusted bolts

Every old car has rusty bolts and it's only a matter of time before you round one off or, as I did here, twist the head right off.

This is a short video that talks about how I go about dealing with that.

In this case none of my tricks worked, so I drilled the stub out and re-tapped the hole.
