White House Press Secretary CJ Cregg (played by Allison Janney) learns during the daily briefing about an "incident" on a tour where a woman began screaming about a painting hung in the White House. She meets with Bernard Thatch (played by Paxton Whitehead) from the Visitor's Office and then together they solve the mystery in a very touching scene. Includes Etyl Leder as Rebecca Housman and Michael Crider as her son David Housman. West Wing episode "Noel" first aired December 20, 2000.
