My ADHD and Autism Assessment Process and Diagnosis

Please share the reason(s) you decided to get diagnosed for ADHD and/or Autism, as i'm curious how others reached that decision. For me, it was others around me including family, close friends i've known all my life and a counsellor advising me to be assessed - I wasn't searching for answers like so many are.

In this video I talk about my experience of the assessment process, what I did and didn't plan for, and how I used the NHS Right to Choose (RTC) pathway for a faster diagnosis.

As with the previous videos, this one's also very unstructured, full of tangents and is a general scattered chat, rather than a focused video.

Future videos will be more on focus for a specific topic.
