Curls and Woodland Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Curls 10in and Woodlands Ruffles 34in long

Top- Cut Curls 10in and Woodlands Ruffles 34in long

For Bottom you will need 20 Orange Curls cut at 10in and 20 Burgundy Curls cut at 10in plus 5 Orange Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in and 5 Burgundy Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in

For Top you will need 4 Orange Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in and 4 Burgundy Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in

Ribbons Cut -12in
