Blitz Royale Duo. My partner is healing at the van.
I look over – he's GONE. Literally just standing there. AFK.

8 enemies left. He's in the storm zone. I'm about to have the worst game of my life.

SpongeBob's "Battle for Bikini Bottom" playing in my head like "this is fine." 🎪

I launch a healing barrel his direction (manifesting his return), but he NEVER MOVES.
So I do what I gotta do – I walk into 8 enemies ALONE.

"The Final Countdown" starts playing (you know the one).
Enemies start fighting each other. I stay PATIENT. Let them weaken each other.
Tempest is on THEIR backs, they gotta come to ME.

Penultimate kill. Final kill. VICTORY ROYALE!

Then I look at my partner. Still on the van. Never moved. Never fought.
But we WON anyway. 😂

Sometimes Fortnite isn't about your duo partner carrying you –
