Ingredients:
2 cups seafood broth (from boiled prawns or clams or mix 1 "Vegetable flavour" mix/cube with 2 cups water)

1½ cup Jasmine rice
½ cup Glutinous rice
1 tbsp minced garlic
chopped onion
chopped parsley
sliced tomato
cooked peas
half of capsicum/bell pepper, julienned (preferably red)
.4 grams Saffron
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
8 pcs Prawns
9 pcs large mussels or 12 pcs smaller mussels
4 pcs squid cut into rings
olive oil
sliced lemons (optional)
