Point of correction: The Minister for those who are not aware pledged Omega Psi Phi. He actually was an official lamp and yes he pledged.

Achievement Week is a signature annual observance of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., founded in 1920 to uplift and celebrate the values of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. Throughout the week, chapters across the nation honor individuals whose character and service embody these four cardinal principles, while also hosting programs that strengthen families, empower youth, and elevate communities.
This year, the Rho Gamma Gamma Chapter sought a speaker who truly exemplifies these principles in both word and deed. Brother Student Minister Nuri Muhammad was identified as someone who embodies these high standards—constantly working to better our communities and shine as an example of service, purpose, and faith. His leadership resonates deeply with Omega’s mission of service to the community. He is a bright and shining star.
In keeping with that mission, the chapter proudly recognized Brother Nuri for his outstanding contributions to freedom, justice, and equality, and for his role representing the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. Minister Louis Farrakhan, an outstanding member of Omega Psi Phi, is greatly loved by the fraternity’s membership. Through his teachings and service, he has come to embody what it means to live by Omega’s four cardinal principles to the highest standard. We salute him with the greeting of As-Salaam Alaikum and Happy Founders Day from Rho Gamma Gamma Chapter and the Men of Omega Psi Phi from around the world. Love live Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
